Schedule: 1 FTE = 80% direct care, 20% indirect care
On-call hours: Availability after hours by phone
Compensation: $175,000 to $180,000 per FTE, depending on experience
Position
We are seeking a bilingual (French–English) Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care within a francophone community health centre, in a collaborative, team-based care model.
About RésoSanté & Santé Ouest
RésoSanté C.-B. is a provincial non-profit organization that connects all health stakeholders to better serve the francophone population across the province. Affiliated with RésoSanté, Santé Ouest is a newly established francophone community health centre in Vancouver. The centre offers integrated, inclusive services to community members while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Qualifications
- Current registration with BCCNM as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Up-to-date CPR-HCP certification.
- Training in Opioid Agonist Treatment considered an asset.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Provide longitudinal primary care in French, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Conduct consultations and physical examinations; review and interpret test results and imaging.
- Offer guidance and information regarding health status and treatment options.
- Coordinate care follow-up and refer to appropriate resources.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Participate in health promotion within the francophone community and take part in centre activities.
- Contribute to service quality evaluations and engage in ongoing professional development.

- Commitment to the health centre’s mission and to health promotion.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to respond to the specific needs of diverse populations.
- Experience working with clients with complex needs (substance use, mental health, vulnerable families).
- Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team and consider the social determinants of health.
Working conditions
- Group benefits (health and dental) after 3 months.
- Flexible schedule Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends.
